A downloadable game for Windows

This is a very simple traffic simulator and game made in C++ and using the SFML library. Game is in active development and will be updated frequently as I add new features and make it a better experience.

CURRENT STATE

The game is now resizable! You can maximize, shrink, and shape the window to your hearts desire, and for the most part the game should run just fine. If you want to know more details about how I did this, you can read the devlog. I also added some smaller changes, like a new theme song which is much less annoying and  graphics when playing in a maximized window.

NEXT STEPS

I have been doing everything in my power to procrastinate the massive change that will be adding left turns. Unfortunately, I seem to have done everything else. So, likely the next step will be a very large update, involving not only left turns, but also gamemodes and an actual simulation mode, or at least the beginnings of one. I know its been a while since the last update, so I don't know when the next one will be, but I do want to finish this game before the end of August.

ABOUT

Hey, I'm a new game developer who is just making this game both for fun and to gain more experience in C++ and OOP. Trying my best to finish this game before next semester of college starts, because I will have a lot more coding projects then, and much less time to work on this beautfiul, completely functional, and graphically intensive game.

Install instructions

I combined both versions into one folder, so just download the one and then follow the instructions for each.

Windows

To play the game, download the zip file, extract the files, and run the application main.exe. Now windows does think that it is a virus. You can trust me, it is not. Definitely.

MacOS

I somehow figured out how to get it to run on Windows but I have no clue how to make it work on Mac. I'll try and port it at some point.

Linux

At the moment I am having trouble figuring out how to make this version shareable. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully I can get this working soon. For now, stick with the Windows version, everything works there just fine, if not better.
